5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Payment

  • Program fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for future enrollments
  • Payment plans may be available for eligible students
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before program start: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
  • Within first week of program: 80% refund
  • Within second week: 50% refund
  • After second week: No refund available
  • Force majeure events: Pro-rated refund or program transfer

5.3 Corporate and Group Discounts

6. Student Conduct

6.1 Professional Behavior

Students are expected to maintain professional standards consistent with consulting industry practices:

  • Respectful interaction with instructors and fellow students
  • Punctual attendance and active participation

  • Academic honesty in all assessments and projects

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

7. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Terminated students may be barred from future programs

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to course materials and services will cease, and confidentiality obligations will continue.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage students to first discuss any concerns directly with academy staff for informal resolution.

11.2 Formal Complaints

  • Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of the issue
  • We will investigate and respond within 14 business days
  • Appeals process available for academic and disciplinary decisions
